2. Handling & Packaging
All live goods are carefully packed to maintain health and minimise stress during transit.

3. Shipping Guidelines
Live goods are shipped early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
Customers should provide a correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Faulty Goods
Claims for dead or damaged live goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of the item(s) and packaging are required.
Approved claims may result in:

Partial or full refund
Store credit in exceptional circumstances
