Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur and do not automatically entitle customers to compensation.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Bespoke installations or custom-built aquariums may require deposits that are non-refundable once work or material procurement has commenced.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation. Certain customised products, live goods, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or required by law.
Customers agree to provide accurate information, maintain safe access for our team, and follow any care instructions provided for installed equipment or livestock.
