1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services sold by Aquassi Ltd through its website or directly to commercial and residential clients.
1.2 By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Products and Services
2.1 All products and services are described as accurately as possible on the website.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the quoted price.

3. Orders
3.1 Orders can be placed via the website, email, or by contacting our sales team directly.
3.2 Once an order is received, Aquassi Ltd will send an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance until payment has been received (if required upfront).
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or fraudulent activity.
4. Payment

5.3 Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and ensure access for delivery or installation.
6. Returns & Cancellations
6.1 Products (Online Orders)
- Customers have the right to cancel and return goods within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Rights regulations, provided goods are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
6.2 Custom or Special Orders
- Custom-made aquariums, bespoke installations, or specially ordered livestock cannot be cancelled or returned.
6.3 Services
- Cancellation of scheduled installation or maintenance services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
7. Warranty & Liability
7.1 Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
7.2 Aquassi Ltd does not accept liability for:
- Damage caused by improper use, handling, or installation by the customer
- Livestock health issues after delivery unless caused by negligence during transportation or installation by Aquassi Ltd
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from product or service use
7.3 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure compatibility of products with your aquarium setup
- Follow instructions for safe handling of products, chemicals, and livestock
- Maintain tanks according to guidelines if using our maintenance services
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
